Terms of Service

Welcome to Sekai Stickers! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sekai Stickers bot ("the Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific features and services.

Use of the Bot

• The Bot is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

User Content

• You are responsible for any content that you create or upload to the Bot, including any text, images, or other materials ("User Content"). By creating or uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share such content. You retain all rights in and to your User Content, but by uploading it to the Bot, you grant Sekai Stickers a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Bot and Sekai Stickers' business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity. You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information about the Bot or our services ("Submissions") provided by you to Sekai Stickers are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Sekai Stickers. Sekai Stickers shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Bot to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any other person or entity;
• Post or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, false, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm the Bot or the interests or property of users;
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Bot or collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
• Introduce any malware, viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful materials into the Bot;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Bot, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Bot, or to any of the services offered on or through the Bot, by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate means;
• Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Bot;
• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Bot;
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Bot or the servers and networks which are connected to the Bot;
• Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation, any Sekai Stickers official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Collect or store personal data
